Technical Project Manager

OpsWerks is a technical consulting company specializing in operational services for the high-tech industry. We help platform and infrastructure teams operate multi-cloud environments, execute complex migrations, and enable seamless app deployments.

Your Role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects in a Scrum or Agile environment, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes

• Drive execution across cross-functional teams by managing scope, timeline, risks, and dependencies

• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews and Retrospectives

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized, refined, and aligned with business goals

• Translate business and stakeholder needs into clear user storied with acceptance criteria

• Balance delivery commitments, scope, and business value through informed prioritization and trade-offs

• Provide clear delivery status, risks, and progress updates to stakeholders

• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tools, and team collaboration

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring transparency and alignment

• Lead regular stakeholder touchpoint to review progress, surface risks, and align on priorities

• Manage vendor coordination and delivery when applicable

Your Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing Agile software delivery projects in IT, software development, or related fields

• Hands-on experience working in Scrum or Agile teams, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management

• Proven experience in product backlog ownership, requirements definition, and prioritization

• Ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences

• Results-oriented mindset with attention to both delivery discipline and product value
