We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Project Manager working under the Engineering Service Delivery team. Your goal is to accomplish strategies and adding value to the business by completing project endeavors that increases our capacity and/or enhance our capability.

Your Role

• Drive projects from inception to delivery; managing timeline, people from multiple teams, and quality of deliverables
• Identify, analyze, mitigate and proactively respond to project and operational risks
• Execute the delivery process so that the resources can work as an effective, objective driven and collaborative team
• Develop and manage the project, communication, resource plans and processes
• Meet regularly with the project stakeholders and defile project goals and objectives
• Generate regular reports to update project sponsors, stakeholders and project teams
• Support continuous improvement programs with focus on identifying and implementing best practices, measuring performance and driving improvements
• Leverage the existing tools or identify new ones that will be helpful to ensure effective execution of projects
• Help manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, new vendor selection processes, renewal solutions, maintenance and support
  

Your Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in managing projects in the Information Technology space, Software Development, or related fields
  

• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a variety of teams associated with different projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to guide project teams and stakeholders at different levels of the company
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Results-oriented, analytical, and has a strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem solving skills and able to deal with ambiguity
• Thorough understanding of project management principles
• Management style that exhibits efficiency, collaboration, candor, and openness
• Must be amenable to work on hybrid work set-up (2 days WFH, 3 days on-site)
