OpsWerks is a technical consulting company specializing in operational services for high tech industry. As we experience rapid growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Team Owner to join our team and lead our Cebu Site Administrative Services. Reporting directly to the PH Business Operations Head, the Site Team Owner will play a crucial role in executing our growth plans in Cebu.

Your Role

  • Facilities Management: Supervising and coordinating facilities-related activities, including maintenance, security, and custodian services, to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

  • Support Operations: Managing day-to-day lab operations, such as office supplies, equipment maintenance, security and internet servcies to support the smooth functioning of the site.

  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to site team members, including scheduling team buildings and Manila and US team members visiting the site.

  • Budget Management: Developing and managing the site's budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  • Vendor Management: Liaising with external vendors and service providers to ensure services are delivered as per the contract terms and within budget.

  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and implementing corrective measures as needed.

  • Event Planning: Organizing and coordinating site events with Event owners, such as meetings, conferences, and training sessions, recruitment and community events to support employee engagement and development.

  • Employee Services: Overseeing employee services, such as cafeteria facilities, transportation, and recreational activities, to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.

  • Records Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including employee records, financial records, and other site-related documentation in compliance to the guidelines set by People department.

  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations and laws, related to administrative and facilities management.

Overall, the Site Administrative Services Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Cebu Site, supporting the organization's overall goals and objectives.

Your Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required.

  • Experience: Several years of experience in administrative or facilities management, with a proven track record of managing teams and overseeing site operations. Experience in a senior management role is often required.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and develop teams, as well as manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, organizational leaderships, and external stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Budget Management: Experience in budget management, including developing and managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  • Vendor Management: Experience in vendor management, including negotiating contracts, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.

  • Health and Safety Compliance: Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and implement corrective measures as needed.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software applications used in administrative and facilities management.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve site operations.

  • Customer Service Orientation: A strong customer service orientation, with the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
