About the Role

Our team’s goal is to make our Product Services Group (PSG) and other internal teams’ lives easier by delivering intelligent applications, automations and toolings that can multiply their efficiency.

You will constantly be collaborating with PSG to have closer view of their operational pain points and use your software engineering skills to stitch the applications in converting the operations high touch points to automated workflows. 

You will be working with Machine Learning and Backend Engineers by integrating and consuming API services to front-end web applications primarily using React. 

In this role, you will be a contributor in software engineering team who is responsible in designing, building, testing and deploying secure and scalable web-based applications. The team works in an agile work environment where we continuously challenge ourselves to improve.

You will act as an advocate in disseminating knowledge for better coding practices and mentoring junior engineers and interns.

About You

• You have 4+ years experience in developing web-based applications using React.js

• You have an in-depth knowledge of Javascript, CSS and HTML

• You have knowledge of Reacts tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux and Flux

• You have an experience with user interface design

• You are able to build web applications that consumes REST API services

• You are proficient in in code profiling and writing unit tests

• Nice to have Skills:

  - Curious about CI/CD and DevOps practices is a plus

  - Knowledge with AWS or other cloud services
  - Knowledge with NextJS
