People Business Partnership & Talent Acquisition Partner

OpsWerks is a technical consulting company specializing in operational services for high tech industry. As we experience rapid growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Business Partnership (PBP) & Talent Acquisition (TA) Individual Contributor to join our People Operations and Development (POD) Group. The PBP & TA Partner will play a crucial role in executing our growth plans in our PH site.

Your Role

Responsible for dual role capability of People Business Partner (PBP) and Talent Acquisition (TA). During low recruitment seasons, PBP focus more on talent development, coaching and employee engagements. During recruitment spikes, the PBP/TA Partner shift toward recruiting.

Strategic People Business Partnership

  • Support the team in executing strategic HR deliverables

  • Organizational development, team design

  • Performance management & coaching

  • Engagement & retention strategies

  • Employee relations & culture development

  • Workforce planning & talent mapping

  • Own onboarding experience in partnership with L&D

  • Support the integration of business intelligence tools and data visualization dashboards

Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter or manage third-party agency)

  • Coordinate hiring needs with leaders

  • Partner with hiring leaders to scope roles

  • Drive interview process & facilitate hiring decisions

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 3-5 years experience in talent acquisition and 3-5 years experience in People Business Partnership as an individual contributor.

  • Experience in managing a Full-Cycle Recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, is crucial. Proficiency in ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter platform is a plus.

  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is essential

  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices is vital. 

  • Solid understanding of business models, objectives, and challenges is important for aligning talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals.

  • Proficiency in using technology to drive efficiencies and improve talent acquisition processes is increasingly important.

  • Proven negotiation and communication skills, able to engage effectively with employees, leadership, and external stakeholders while securing top talent within budget constraints. 

  • Adept at problem-solving and decision making, with the ability to identify issues, design practical solutions, and drive improvements in efficiency and effectivenesss.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks in a fast

  • Excellent analytical ability, capable of interpreting data, spotting patterns, and driving informed decisions to enhance site operations.

  • Highly customer-focused, with the ability to anticipate and address the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
