Team Lead - People Business Partnership & Talent Acquisition

Your Role
As we experience rapid growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Business Partnership (PBP) & Talent Acquisition (TA) Team Lead to join our People Operations and Development (POD) Group. The PBP & TA Team Lead will play a crucial role in executing our growth plans in our PH site.
People Business Partnership
Manage, mentor, and lead a team of People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition professionals, ensuring alignment with business needs and driving continuous improvement.
Execute strategic HR deliverables, including organizational development, workforce planning, and talent mapping.
Partner with business leaders and team owners to deliver PBP/TA strategies, goals, and hiring plans, working closely with the Lead Recruiter for technical roles.
Collaborate with the Employee Experience team to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding (in partnership with L&D), performance management, coaching, engagement, retention, and culture development.
Support employee relations and foster a positive, high-performance culture across the organization.
Leverage business intelligence tools and data visualization dashboards to enhance people-related strategies and decision-making.
Talent Acquisition
Partner with PBP/TA members and the Lead Recruiter for Technical roles to support hiring strategies and deliver accurate hiring data and analysis to leaders.
Coordinate workforce planning activities, working with Finance and Cluster Owners to ensure proper headcount alignment.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of supervisory or team lead experience in both Talent Acquisition and People Business Partnership roles.
Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to onboarding, with proficiency in ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred).
Strong knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and recruitment best practices, including tools and technologies that drive efficiency.
Solid business acumen with the ability to align talent acquisition efforts to organizational goals and workforce needs.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with employees, leadership, and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service orientation with a focus on anticipating and meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
High digital literacy and ability to leverage technology for talent acquisition and process improvements.
