People Business Partner
OpsWerks is a technical consulting company specializing in operational services for high tech industry. As we experience rapid growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Business Partnership Individual Contributor to join our People Operations and Development (POD) Group. Reporting directly to the PBP & TA Team Owner, the PBP & TA Partner will play a crucial role in executing our growth plans in our PH Sites.
Your Role
Responsible for dedicate role capability of People Business Partner (PBP) serving the Product Services Group.

Strategic People Business Partnership
Lead employee culture experience initiatives in respective business unit.
Provide guidance on policy, culture, and internal communications.

Serve as a trusted advisor to Owners and Leaders on people matters (team design, performance, engagement, people relations).

Talent Development and Programs
Support performance review cycles, feedback culture, and career frameworks.
Advises Team Owners and leaders and manages executive-level employee relationships and organization design.
Collaborate with L&D on onboarding, learning paths, and leadership programs.

Identify skill gaps and co-design internal development strategies

People Data and Insights
Analyze team health, engagement, and retention trends

Use data to inform people strategy and drive continuous improvement

Process Improvement & Automation

Support the integration of business intelligence tools and data visualization dashboards.

Cross Function Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the programs of Learning and Development
Support and execute the Employe Experience teams of Employer and Employee branding
Your Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: At least 5-7 years experience in People Business Partnership as Individual Contributor capacity role
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is essential.
Deep understanding of HR functions: This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR policies.

Understanding of HR technology: Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR tools is beneficial (ie BambooHR)

Understanding of business strategy: Ability to translate HR initiatives into business outcomes.
