Your Role

You understand the unique stressors of an engineering team that is "always on". You are someone who treats burnout as a systemic issue to solve, not just a "wellness" buzzword. You are stronghold partner who can handle the high-pressure, 24/7 nature of SRE and Ops while speaking the language of technical leadership. You are a coach to a Team Manager through a hard conversation using structured, high-accountability approach.

Strategic People Business Partnership

  • Support the team in executing strategic HR deliverables

  • Organizational development, team design

  • Performance management & coaching

  • Engagement & retention strategies

  • Employee relations & culture development

  • Workforce planning & talent mapping

  • Own employee lifecycle experience, advocating Opswerks BVMM

  • Support the integration of business intelligence tools and data visualization dashboards

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 3-5 years experience in People Business Partnership as an individual contributor.

  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is essential

  • Proven negotiation and communication skills, able to engage effectively with employees, leadership, and external stakeholders while securing top talent within budget constraints. 

  • Adept at problem-solving and decision making, with the ability to identify issues, design practical solutions, and drive improvements in efficiency and effectivenesss.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks in a fast

  • Excellent analytical ability, capable of interpreting data, spotting patterns, and driving informed decisions to enhance site operations.

  • Highly customer-focused, with the ability to anticipate and address the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
