People Business Partner
Management Support
Responsible for the on-boarding of new members and handing over to their respective teams, in collaboration with engineering Team Leads and Team Owners.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance through coaching, career development, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
Prepare, facilitate and document endorsement, check-in and check-out schedules for members, Team/Technical Leads and Team Owners.
Promotes and provides assistance in managing member wellness initiatives.
Answers queries regarding people related concerns.
Coordinate with vendors and members for Learning and Development training schedules.
Responsible for organizing company sponsored events and assists in implementation of Member Relations policies, and guidelines.
Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to the concerned team.
Initiates and continuously provide solutions to streamline the people processes.
Strategy
Supports the business strategies in various areas.
Develop strategies and guidance for people management, workforce & succession planning, and talent management for key leadership roles.
Analytics
Assists in the measuring, validating, and testing of the effectiveness of metrics that are applied to assess and drive productivity optimization.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with other People and Culture teammates in order to develop and enhance solutions, processes, and programs that address current problems and avoid future ones.
Relationships
Maintains a healthy relationship across the company.
Conducts regular meetings with the various Team Owners and Team Leads, builds, and develops trusted relationships with the various department leaderships.
Additionally oversees and manages complex member-relations issues, supporting formal appeals and hearings while simultaneously coaching the relevant managers on management best practices.
Collaboration
Teams up with other People team members in determining approaches to matters of recruitment, compensation, and other people functions in order to ensure that the programs in place are effective and efficient.
Actively participates in the People and Culture team meetings and contributes to the formulation of solutions for the People team, product services group and business-wide challenges.
Collaborates with the Team Owners and Team Leads, assisting them in understanding compensation and rewards programs, training and development programs, and aiding them in proper management and communication practices.
Provides project leadership for People team initiatives.
Knowledge and Opportunity
Obligated to maintain an in-depth knowledge of the legal requirements, internal or external, related to the day-to-day management of members within the business, reducing legal risks, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, and most importantly enabling member satisfaction and retention.
Conducts research consistently and avails ways to add value to the business by presenting appropriate blend of reactive and proactive solutions for people management.
Handles all other responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time.
Minimum Educational Attainment: University degree, preferably Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Communications, or relevant courses
Must have at least ten (10) years of relevant experience
