We are seeking a dedicated Learning Program Manager to support our rapidly expanding Learning and Development initiatives. We are looking for an individual who excels in identifying learning needs, developing program strategies, and designing customized offerings to enhance our growing teams' EI skills and adapt to company's culture and values.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Learning Management Tools and be capable of researching, designing, and developing content to provide comprehensive programmatic solutions with multiple connection points. Additionally, the candidate should possess the ability to independently manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, oversee the development of facilitators, manage course logistics, and provide course evaluation and impact statistics and analysis.

The successful candidate will be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and taking ownership of projects to drive problem resolution.

Your Role

  • Designing Learning Programs: Develop and design learning programs that focus on enhancing emotional intelligence and improving workplace behaviors among team members. This will include creating training modules, workshops, and development plans.

  • EQ Assessment and Development: Implement EQ assessment tools to measure employees' emotional intelligence levels and develop strategies to improve areas of development. This will involve one-on-one coaching or group training sessions.

  • Workplace Behavior Training: Conduct training sessions on various aspects of workplace behavior, such as communication skills, conflict resolution, teamwork, and leadership development. These programs aim to create a positive and productive work environment.

  • Collaboration with People Operations and Leadership: Collaborate with the People department and organizational leadership to align learning programs with overall organizational goals and strategies. This includes identifying key areas for improvement and developing targeted training solutions.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, surveys, and performance evaluations. Continuously evaluate and refine programs to ensure they meet the needs of employees and the organization.

  • Employee Engagement: Promote employee engagement and participation in learning programs through effective communication, marketing, and incentives. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external training providers, to ensure the successful implementation of learning programs.

  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in EQ and workplace behavior training. Incorporate new techniques and methodologies into learning programs to enhance effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, design, and evaluation of learning programs to support L&D initiatives.

  • Conceptualize and develop content tailored for Millennial and GenZ learners.

  • Develop learning solutions that enhance performance and ensure compliance with OpsWerks' beliefs, vision, mission and methods (BVMM).

  • Contribute to the development of standardized learning management processes, procedures, and templates.

  • Track and maintain the L&D curriculum in the Learning Management System (Absorb).

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and activities.

  • Measure the effectiveness and scalability of delivery modalities through continuous feedback loops to identify gaps and recommend scalable solutions that improve learner retention, job performance, employee experience, and the achievement of business goals.

Your Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field. A master's degree or certification in a relevant area is a plus.

  • Experience: Several years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on EQ and workplace behaviors. Experience in designing and delivering training programs in these areas is essential.

  • Knowledge of Emotional Intelligence: A deep understanding of Emotional Intelligence concepts and how they apply to the workplace. Familiarity with EQ assessment tools and techniques is beneficial.

  • Training and Facilitation Skills: Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners. Experience in delivering workshops, seminars, or training sessions related to EQ and workplace behaviors.

  • Curriculum Development: Experience in developing learning materials and curriculum related to EQ and workplace behaviors. This includes designing interactive activities, case studies, and assessments.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions for improvement.

  • Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to lead a team of learning professionals and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve learning objectives.

  • Change Management: Understanding of change management principles and the ability to support employees through organizational changes related to EQ and workplace behaviors.

  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and other technologies used in learning and development.

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in EQ assessment or workplace behavior training are advantageous.
