Your Role

We are seeking a passionate Learning Program Manager to support the growth and development of our employees and  play a crucial role in helping talented individuals enhance their skills and knowledge needed to drive the growing business.

The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level learning program initiatives. As a natural leader, you should have strong talent for project coordination and ultimately, be motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture learning program success from inception to completion.

You will contribute to our company’s success and ensure that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

You’ll support this effort by:

  • Designing and developing learning programs for the organization that enhance the capabilities of employees through continued education and skills training
  • Developing learning program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
  • Maintaining the organizational standard of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
  • Overseeing multiple projects, ensuring learning program goals are reached within tight deadlines

You will develop a custom training plan for the entire organization for their continued upskilling towards their role path. Monitor the overall effectiveness of the learning programs and ensure all are implemented within quality standards.

You will deliver on tight timeframes for training completion, with an average completion percentage in the 90th percentile.

You will hold our people to high work behavior standards, giving in the moment relevant and specific feedback while leading the learning specialists in providing overall learning program structure.


Your Responsibilities


  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs to address the needs
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other learning programs
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Help leaders develop their team members through career pathing
  • Assess the effectiveness of the learning programs and ensure all are implemented within quality standards.
  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts
  • Develop and oversee Technical Training Lead and L&D Specialists


Your Qualifications


  • Proven experience as an L&D Leader or similar role
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
  • Excellent knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Proficient in project management and budgeting
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
  • Ability to build relationships with employees and vendors
  • Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
  • Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI

  • BSc/BA in Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g. CLDP) is a plus


Your Team

In this role, you’ll report to the Head of Learning & Development. Day-to-day you’ll work closely with other teammates.
