We are looking for a highly motivated Learning Specialist who excels at identifying the current and future skills requirements of an organization. Has a passion for creating flexible learning interventions to meet the diverse needs of our talented workforce.

In this role, you will be a key member of the Learning & Development Team and play a vital part in enhancing the competencies of our employees by developing and delivering behavioral and mindset training programs that align with our company’s core values. You will have the opportunity to make a difference by conducting needs assessments, designing engaging curriculum and learning materials, and overseeing all aspects of training interventions that will be part of the University.

You will support this effort by:

  • Boosting and driving workplace performance through the design and conduct of flexible mindset and behavioral learning programs to enhance the skills and competencies of the members

  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify the skills and knowledge gaps

  • Setting up a curriculum with targeted solutions to address the gaps towards the role path

  • Delivering learning sessions aligned with the company’s core values.

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of the learning solutions and making the necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement

This gives you a very critical role in helping drive all platforms and supporting the Professional Services Group while striving for long-term value creation. Your Responsibilities

  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs and gaps

  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings

  • Assist in the creation and execution of learning strategies and programs

  • Develop evaluation tools and strategies to assess learning program effectiveness

  • Monitor training metrics and Key Performance Indicators

  • Extract LMS data for analysis. Provide reports on the status of learning program completion, effectiveness, and other operational metrics

  • Manage eLearning content in our LMS to reflect the most current product/service offerings, and policies/procedures;

  • Draft and manage all guidelines pertinent with regard to learning programs.

  • Organize workflow and ensure that the L&D team understands their duties or delegated tasks.

  • Help the Learning Program Manager in developing members through career pathing

Your Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders to understand key business drivers, identify performance gaps and develop effective training to build all skill levels.

  • At least 3 years of experience executing high-quality mindset and behavioral learning programs  in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment without day-to-day oversight.

  • Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.

  • Proven ability to master the full training cycle.

  • Adequate knowledge and experience of learning management software.

  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.

  • Skilled with the use of web-based e-learning development tools

  • Experience publishing e-learning to SCORM standards

  • Adheres to industry best practices and standards when developing learning and performance solutions

  • Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI

  • Bachelor degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Instructional Technology, Education is required; Master degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

  • Must be amenable to work on mid-shift from 4pm to 1am. (Shift may change depending on business needs.)

  • Must be amenable to work on-site.

In this role, you’ll report to the Head of Learning & Development. Day-to-day you’ll work closely with other teammates.
