OpsWerks is a technical consulting company specializing in operational services for the high-tech industry. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are expanding our People Operations and Development (POD) Group to support and scale our most important asset—our people.
The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our dynamic POD team. This individual will play a key role in designing, implementing, and scaling learning and development initiatives that support our team members' growth and align with the company's strategic goals.
As an L&D Partner, you will focus on identifying capability gaps, developing targeted learning programs, and supporting a culture of continuous learning across our PH sites. Your work will directly impact the development, engagement, and success of our growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Design & Execution
Conduct needs assessments to identify learning priorities
Design and develop engaging learning content and materials that drive business impact and support organizational goals
Deliver virtual and in-person learning programs, onboarding sessions, and capability-building workshops
Customize learning programs based on audience type, function, and job level
Stakeholder Partnership
Collaborate with People Business Partners, Team Leads, and Business Managers to assess and align learning needs
Participate in talent reviews and development planning
Ensure alignment of learning goals with team and performance expectations
Learning Evaluation & Analytics
Collect feedback, measure effectiveness, and track ROI of learning programs
Analyze performance improvement trends and continuously adapt learning content
Report learning data, LMS metrics, and program feedback to leadership to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Program Management
Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication for learning sessions
Support onboarding programs and leadership development initiatives
Track and monitor learner attendance, course completion, and engagement metrics
Learning Culture & Innovation
Support and promote learning campaigns, knowledge-sharing events, and peer-led sessions
Encourage the use of the LMS and self-paced learning resources
Stay up-to-date with L&D trends and recommend innovative learning approaches

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, facilitation, or training design
Strong background in delivering learning programs for adult learners
Exposure to leadership development and technical capability training is a plus
Technical Competencies
Solid understanding of learning design models (e.g., , ADDIE, Agile, Kirkpatrick, or similar)
Effective presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
Proficient in MS Office, Canva, Google Suite, and comfortable navigating Learning Management Systems (LMS)
