About the job
As an IT Engineer working in the Product Services Group (PSG), you will:
Maintain all IT systems and solutions that power the company, from on-premise to cloud platforms.
Deploy, configure, harden, and administer computer systems and applications.
Research and recommend strategies to improve the existing IT and security processes and technologies.
Maintain the systems monitoring tools to ensure monitoring coverage and accuracy.
Troubleshoot company infrastructure and end-user issues and recommend or develop an effective solution.
Create and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and runbooks for team members to adhere to.
Train and orient end-users for new and updated systems, applications, and tools.
Evaluate equipment, applications, and tools and provide recommendations.
Provide mentoring to fellow engineers and IT interns.
Conduct regular inventory/audit of IT equipment, applications, and tools.
Provide on-call support for high-priority outages and issues.
Perform security reviews of processes, infrastructure, and applications.
Work with different vendors for different IT requirements and projects.
About you
At least 3 years of experience as Information Technology Engineer, DevOps, Systems Administrator, or System Engineer.
Hands-on experience in operating and managing diverse hybrid and cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure, Linode, etc.) and containerization platforms (Kubernetes, EKS)
Extensive hands-on experience with Linux and macOS operating systems
Experienced in supporting Office 365 enterprise environments, with advanced skills in resolving issues related to Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint and other MS apps.
Proficiency in automation and scripting using languages such as Bash, Python and PowerShell.
Experience in SharePoint development, with knowledge of PowerApps, is an advantage.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Adaptable and forward-thinking, capable of performing technology research and POC testing to support continuous improvement of IT processes.
Willing to work onsite, 5 days a week.
Willing to be assigned on a shifting schedule.

Plus Points
Certifications in infrastructure (CKA, CKAD, CKS, CISSP, AWS*, GCP, Terraform, or similar).
Experience in the Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) process and its purpose.
Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), particularly Agile-Scrum and its ceremonies.
Experience in container and application security landscape and best practices.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Pulumi.
Knowledge of different monitoring and observability solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, or Splunk.
With experience in designing, developing, building, and enhancing company intranet using SharePoint
