Improve: Assist teams to be more efficient to deliver value

Monitor: Progress, performance and projections are monitored using sound use of analyzed data

Resolve: Conflicts and blockers are addressed and cleared to allow the team to focus what matters

Learning: motivated to learn best practices to improve agile teams.

Coach: evangelist for agile and help teams to adopt agile practices.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or business related field

4+ years experience in working with teams using agile methodology

Scrum master certification

Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a variety of teams associated with different projects

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to guide project teams and stakeholders at different levels of the company

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Results-oriented, analytical, and has a strong attention to detail

Excellent problem-solving skills and able to deal with ambiguity

Thorough understanding of project management principles

Management style that exhibits efficiency, collaboration, candor, and openness

Must be amenable to work on hybrid work set-up (2 days WFH, 3 days on-site)
